Transportation subcontracting plays a crucial role in supporting PT Pos Indonesia's logistics distribution. In its implementation, the effectiveness of e-Procurement, regulatory compliance, and oversight of subcontractor partners are crucial factors determining the success of procurement performance. However, various challenges remain, such as inconsistencies in subcontracting procedures, lack of information transparency, and a weak monitoring system. This study aims to analyze the influence of e-Procurement effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and oversight on transportation subcontracting performance. Using a causal associative quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 221 respondents involved in the transportation procurement process. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results show that e-Procurement effectiveness and oversight have a positive and significant effect on subcontracting performance, while regulatory compliance does not show a significant effect. These findings underscore the importance of strengthening the oversight system and optimizing e-Procurement implementation to improve PT Pos Indonesia's logistics performance. This study provides practical and academic contributions to the development of digital-based procurement management in the state-owned enterprise logistics sector
