Abstract

Write down here Modern civilization has undergone three significant socio-economic transformations known as industrial revolutions. The industrial revolution led to changes in the labour market with machines replacing human labour. Industrial revolutions have always been characterized by technological leaps, ever since the very beginning of industrialization. The Fourth Industrial Revolution, finally, will change not only what we do but also who we are. Fourth Industrial Revolution is fundamentally changing the social dynamis of our live. FIR has the potential to raise global income levels and improve the quality of life for populations around the world. These changes might lead to the elimination of thousands of jobs and the disappearance or fundamental change of social dynamics. Fear of job loss remains an important issue among employees today, since robots and automation might be seen and perceived as competitors. Changes in the world of work and social dynamics offer several opportunities for career counseling practices. Helping people make career decisions has been fundamental to counseling psychology since its emergence as a profession, and it continues to be central to its identity today. Career counselling is focused on how the individuals manage their journey through    life,    learning    and    work    (career).    This     includes career exploration, making career choices, managing career changes, lifelong career development and dealing with other career related issues.Career counselors will work with their clients, helping them to research the right job, as well as helping to locate resources for strengthening the skills needed for the job desired. Helping people make sense of these changes and obtain, evaluate, and apply career-relevant information for their career decision making and career planning. Assist people in coping with the constant change in their current jobs and staying employable through continued education and learning. Help clients to identify learning and training needs, as well as assist them in finding and successfully completing trainings and education, including capitalizing on the increasing number of online resources in this regard. “Humans can continue doing things robots cannot do. Humans can do multiple things, but artificial intelligence can’t reflect on things and empathise”.
