The BiCED Proceeding (e-ISSN : xxxx-xxxx) is the outcome of the article the 4th Bukittinggi International Conference on Education (BiCED) is an annual international conference 2023 for postgraduate students at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi.  This year's theme is "The Impact of Technology on Education and Social Dynamics". The committee of conference is Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of State Islamic University of Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi.

This proceeding will publish articles from the results of the conference, which have gone through a process of presentation and review. All Proceedings articles are published once a year in the month of every July. This proceeding is published in open access by Rumah Jurnal UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi.
